Request account & data deletion
Use this form to request deletion of your Al Matjar Global account and the personal data associated with it. This page is provided so you can request deletion without needing to open the app.
What will be deleted
- Your account and login credentials (phone number and password)
- Your shop profile — shop name, owner name, address and saved location
- Personal contact details stored in your profile
What may be retained, and for how long
Order, invoice and payment (ledger) records linked to your shop may be retained for up to 12 months after your request, or longer where we are required to keep them for tax, accounting or legal purposes. These records are kept only for compliance and are deleted or anonymised once no longer required.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you on the phone number you provide to verify that the request is genuine before deleting your data.
