Privacy Policy

Al Matjar Globalis a wholesale ordering app that lets shop owners register their shop, browse products, and place orders with their supplier. Orders are reviewed and approved by the supplier's team.

We collect the following information that you provide or that the App generates:

• Account information: your phone number and password (used to sign in).
• Shop & profile information: shop name, owner name, and shop address.
• Location information:if you choose to pin your shop on the map, we use your device location to set your shop's coordinates and address. Location is only accessed when you use this feature and you grant permission.
• Order information: the products you order and your order history.

• To create and manage your account and shop profile.
• To process, approve, and deliver the orders you place.
• To maintain your order, invoice, and balance (ledger) records.
• To provide customer support and communicate with you about your account or orders.
• To keep the App secure and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with the supplier and authorised staff who process your orders, and with service providers that host our systems (for example, our cloud hosting and database providers) strictly to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored in a hashed form and are never stored in plain text.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. Order, invoice, and payment records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using our account deletion page. We process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to the retention periods described above.

The App is intended for business use by shop owners and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
